Sustainably sourced from Chapel Down, one of the country’s most renowned vineyards and made with grapes grown in the garden of England, this crisp, medium-bodied Pinot Noir rosé is delightfully refreshing with its well-rounded lightness and subtle taste of strawberries and cream.
BeautIful botanicals
A delicate mix of blossoms, roots and spices are added to enhance the character of the Pinot Noir wine, along with distilled Chapel Down Chardonnay grape skins, creating wonderfully creamy and aromatic vanilla tones.
Wild fermented eau de vie
Foraged from the depths of the Cotswolds, this complex raspberry eau de vie has been lovingly crafted at the Capreolus Distillery. Combining wild fermentation of natural sugars with a meticulous distillation process, it pays homage to the rugged landscape, bursting with the floral richness of dark red fruits and fresh raspberries.
